Report content
To report a community cape, use the flag button on it in the community store or the launcher. To report anything else, including illegal content, a shared screenshot or a player's behaviour, email legal@lumennox.net with:
- where the content is (a link, the cape's name, or the player's name);
- why you believe it's illegal or breaks our rules;
- your name and email address (you may leave these out when reporting child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you believe the information in your report is accurate and complete.
We confirm we've received your report, decide on it carefully and without undue delay, and tell you what we did. The person whose content we remove is told why and can appeal (see the Terms of Use). We don't use automated tools to make these decisions. If something puts a person's life or safety at risk, contact the police first.
Copyright complaints
If you think a community cape or other content on LumeClient uses your work without permission, email legal@lumennox.net with a description of your work, where the copy is, your contact details, and a statement that you own the rights (or act for the owner) and believe the use isn't allowed. We take infringing content down and act against repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you think that's a mistake, reply with your reasons and we'll look at it again.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. All Minecraft names, assets and game content belong to Mojang and Microsoft. LumeClient's own cosmetics, artwork and code belong to the Lumennox team.
Open-source software
LumeClient and its launcher are built with open-source software, including Electron, the Fabric and Legacy Fabric mod loaders, and performance mods by other authors. Each is used under its own licence. Ask us at legal@lumennox.net for the list and licence texts. Fonts on this site are Outfit, JetBrains Mono and Silkscreen, under the SIL Open Font License.
